Who should receive Reforged™ training on our team?

How is the training delivered?
Depending on your needs, training can include live sessions (virtual or on-site), implementation workshops, and practical tools (manuals, checklists, scripts, and forms) that staff can use immediately in the field.
What if our staff are used to a more informal style of running the house?
Part of implementation is helping teams transition from improvisation to consistent, documented practices. We train staff on how to communicate expectations, apply consequences fairly, and maintain structure without escalating tension.
Is training a one-time event or ongoing?
Initial training is focused and intensive to launch the system. Ongoing support, refreshers, or advanced training can be provided as needed, especially as you scale to multiple properties or onboard new staff.
