Your Important Queries Addressed

What do participants actually do in the Reforged™ curriculum?
Participants engage in structured sessions, daily disciplines, execution exercises, and mentorship that focus on thinking patterns, behavior, self-governance, and accountability. It’s action-oriented and linked to their life routines—not just classroom theory.
Is this a “soft skills” program or more like a behavior management system?
It’s both, but always anchored in behavior. We address mindset and internal narratives, but everything is connected to observable behaviors, routines, and commitments—reinforced through consistent enforcement of standards.
How long do participants stay in the curriculum?
Program length can be configured based on your model and contracts. Reforged™ includes progression benchmarks so you can define phases (e.g., orientation, stabilization, advancement) and align them with lengths of stay or supervision requirements.
Can we integrate Reforged™ with other services we already use?
Yes. The curriculum and behavioral framework can sit alongside existing clinical, workforce, or support programs. Reforged™ often functions as the “discipline backbone” that makes other services more effective.
