Program Design & Property Conversion

We turn vacant homes into structured reentry infrastructure.

For owners and investors who have properties but lack a compliant program, we design and build the reentry system around your asset. What we do: Assess your property for reentry suitability and compliance potential Design placement capacity, house rules, and resident flow based on standards Implement the Reforged™ system across policies, forms, and daily operations Establish documentation and protocols that make your asset “placeable” You keep the asset. We install the system.
What types of properties are suitable for conversion into reentry housing?
Single-family homes, small multifamily units, and certain commercial or mixed-use buildings can all be viable, depending on local zoning, occupancy limits, and safety codes. We evaluate your property and advise on feasibility and necessary changes.
Do you handle zoning, licensing, and compliance?
We support you in understanding requirements and preparing your property and program for review. However, final zoning approvals, licenses, and permits are issued by local authorities, so we guide and structure—you submit and own the approvals.
How long does it take to convert a property into a functioning reentry program?
Timelines vary by property condition, local regulations, and your capacity. Typically, the planning, design, and system installation phase can range from a few weeks to a few months, plus any physical or regulatory work needed.
Do I need to have reentry experience to start?
No. Many of our partners are real estate owners or entrepreneurs new to the reentry space. Our role is to supply the structure, operating system, and guidance so your asset can function as credible reentry infrastructure.
